Register in 5 easy steps
Have your attendees’ names, grades or age groups, genders, and shirt sizes ready, along with your group’s contact information.

On the same phone or tablet
Your saved summary shows attendees, rooms, day passes, total, and payment status. You can view the last saved copy even when offline.
On a different device
Keep your private code safe. Anyone with the code and contact email can access your group’s registration.
Need to make a change?
Tap Edit names, rooms & tickets. Update the existing person’s name or grade/age group when someone takes their place. This keeps the same ticket and charge.
Viewing a registration does not save changes. Always review the total and finish saving your edits.

How much does it cost?
Prices are per person. Hotel registration includes 7 meals, hotel, and EYC. A T-shirt is included for attendees registered by October 31.

A few things to know
Can we register with a partially filled room?
Yes. Add one to four people per hotel room, leaving unused spaces blank. Add more rooms as needed. You can also register only for day passes or combine them with hotel rooms.
What happens to our price when we add someone?
Before October 16: the whole group is recalculated using each room’s new occupancy. A room with three people costs $750. Adding a fourth brings the room’s total to $860.
Starting October 16: existing charges stay the same. Only new attendees are charged, at the late rate for the room’s new occupancy. Adding a fourth person to that same $750 room adds $240, for a total of $990.
New day passes cost $175 starting October 16. Names and grade/age changes in an existing ticket slot do not add a charge.
When do shirt orders and size changes close?
You can add shirt orders and change sizes through October 31. Starting November 1, existing shirt orders are locked and newly added attendees receive no shirt. Registration prices do not change.
All registration and shirt deadlines use Eastern time.
What if someone cancels, or we need to change a ticket type?
Starting October 16, removing an attendee does not automatically reduce the saved charges or issue a refund. Contact Gail@ministryleague.com about cancellations, payment adjustments, or switching an existing ticket between a hotel registration and a day pass after October 15.
What if I lose my private code or don’t see the right buttons?
If you still have the original phone, open My Registration. You do not need to enter a code there. Check your registration confirmation or confirmation email for the code if you need another device.
